Going out for Mexican for lunch or dinner? Check out this custom order. Veggie enchilada with mole sauce. The menu item stated ranchero sauce. I asked for a substitute. The mole sauce adds a whole new dimension. For those of you who don’t know, mole sauce is made with special chilies and chocolate! Try it if you haven’t. Not sure about the quality of the ingredients, but worth the damage. No sour cream and no beans on this order. Passed on the rice, as the enchiladas were a lot!
